SOLSTICE
Solstice & Soledad:
Light in the Heart of Stillness
I chose the name Solstice for my acupuncture practice because it captures the heart of what healing truly is: transformation through stillness. reflection, and energetic shift in the great wheel of the year.

Unlike prescription medications that can leave you feeling groggy, mentally foggy, or dependent, acupuncture has minimal side effects and is a natural, accessible option for improving sleep.
